Warehouse Tower and Preliminary Context

This was originally going to be the location of Mal's Warehouse, but there was a slight miscommunication. So, I refitted the site with a skyscraper. This is an urban redevelopment project about 1/4 mile to the west of Audubon Bay Bridge. It used to be a series of ports and old warehouses. But, during the 2015's, the area was converted into a park, marina, and a mixed use, mixed income urban neighborhood with a mass transit stop about two blocks to the northeast. Mal's Warehouse/hideout is now to the west of this area.
