Here is an early colored sketch of the redesigned St. Canard Tower in the dense core or downtown St. Canard. This tower now sits by an enlarged plaza containing decorative features. The tower itself has an enlarged footprint. Four large columns are separated by vertical walls of glass that reach about 30 stories tall. From this point, the building reverts back to a simple series of stacked rectangular prisms that become more narrow and elongated until they reach the pyramid and tall spire that crowns the building as the city's tallest building.
